Shopping online with DM New Materials Inc. ensures a safe and convenient experience. We aim to make returns or exchanges as straightforward as possible.
Return and Exchange Guidelines:
· Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
· A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges.
· Products such as Sintered Stones are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@dmnewmaterials.ca with your name and order number. We will provide you with a return form to be completed and attached to the return shipment box.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
In-Store Purchases: Items bought at our physical locations can only be returned at those locations. Please retain your receipt to ensure a swift and accurate processing of your return.

Zone 1 — GTA Standard Delivery: Starting from $150 CAD
Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington and Milton.
Standard delivery to eligible postal codes starts from $150 CAD. Final delivery charges may vary depending on product size, quantity, weight and access conditions. Rural, outlying or boundary addresses may require a custom quote. If delivery is not available for your postal code at checkout, contact us before placing your order.
Zone 2 — Extended GTA / Surrounding Areas: Quote Required
Georgina, Uxbridge, Scugog, Brock, outlying areas of Clarington, Caledon and Halton Hills, and Hamilton.
Delivery is available to these areas — Quote Required. Contact us with your postal code, product name and quantity so we can confirm the freight cost before you place your order.
Zone 3 — Outside GTA: Quote Required
Windsor, London, Kitchener/Waterloo, Niagara, Barrie, Ottawa, Kingston, Montreal, Quebec City and other destinations outside our standard delivery area.
Delivery is available outside the GTA — Quote Required. Freight is quoted individually based on destination, product size and order quantity. Please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.
How to Order with a Freight Quote
Send us your postal code, product name and quantity. Our team will confirm the delivery options and freight cost, then prepare a draft order or invoice for payment. Delivery to Zone 2 and Zone 3 is arranged after your freight quote is confirmed. If checkout shows “Shipping not available”, please contact us to arrange quoted delivery. This message does not mean that we do not deliver to these areas.
Oversized & Fragile Materials
Large-format products such as sintered stone slabs, oversized wall panels and other fragile materials may require specialized transportation. Delivery charges will be confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery Conditions
Standard delivery is curbside or ground-level delivery only. It does not include carrying materials inside the building, into individual rooms, basements, elevators or upper floors. Additional material-handling services may be available by advance arrangement and may involve additional charges.
Delivery Time
Typical GTA delivery is approximately 2–5 business days, subject to stock availability, order size and delivery scheduling.
