Made from high-density polyurethane (PU) foam, this oversized decorative panel recreates the rugged layers, sharp fractures and deep dimensional character of natural mountain stone. Its pronounced peaks, valleys and irregular rock formations create strong shadow and depth under architectural lighting, delivering the visual impact of a real rock wall without the extreme weight and complicated installation associated with natural stone.

The large 1200 × 3000 mm (3.94 × 9.84 ft) panel format also helps reduce the number of joints. When multiple panels are carefully aligned and the joints are properly treated, the surface can create a much more continuous, large-scale mountain-rock appearance.

Ideal Applications

This panel works especially well where the wall itself needs to become a visual centerpiece: Japanese restaurants and sushi bars, hotel and restaurant feature walls, reception areas, retail stores, spas and beauty salons, wedding/event installations, themed entertainment spaces, garden feature walls, walkout basement stair walls, commercial lobbies and other statement interiors.

For a Japanese restaurant, for example, the black version can be combined with red maple, Japanese lanterns, warm lighting, timber finishes and a small water feature to create a dramatic mountain landscape atmosphere. The white version works particularly well for weddings, galleries and contemporary commercial spaces, while dark grey provides a more natural volcanic or mountain-rock character.

Important Use Note

This product is designed as a decorative wall cladding panel, not as structural artificial rock. Although the PU material provides good rigidity for wall applications, the projecting rock formations are not designed to support body weight, climbing, standing or heavy loads.

· Products such as Sintered Stones are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@dmnewmaterials.ca with your name and order number. We will provide you with a return form to be completed and attached to the return shipment box.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

In-Store Purchases: Items bought at our physical locations can only be returned at those locations. Please retain your receipt to ensure a swift and accurate processing of your return.

Standard delivery to eligible postal codes starts from $150 CAD. Final delivery charges may vary depending on product size, quantity, weight and access conditions. Rural, outlying or boundary addresses may require a custom quote. If delivery is not available for your postal code at checkout, contact us before placing your order.

Zone 2 — Extended GTA / Surrounding Areas: Quote Required

Georgina, Uxbridge, Scugog, Brock, outlying areas of Clarington, Caledon and Halton Hills, and Hamilton.

Zone 3 — Outside GTA: Quote Required

Delivery is available outside the GTA — Quote Required. Freight is quoted individually based on destination, product size and order quantity. Please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.

How to Order with a Freight Quote
Send us your postal code, product name and quantity. Our team will confirm the delivery options and freight cost, then prepare a draft order or invoice for payment. Delivery to Zone 2 and Zone 3 is arranged after your freight quote is confirmed. If checkout shows “Shipping not available”, please contact us to arrange quoted delivery. This message does not mean that we do not deliver to these areas.

Oversized & Fragile Materials
Large-format products such as sintered stone slabs, oversized wall panels and other fragile materials may require specialized transportation. Delivery charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Conditions
Standard delivery is curbside or ground-level delivery only. It does not include carrying materials inside the building, into individual rooms, basements, elevators or upper floors. Additional material-handling services may be available by advance arrangement and may involve additional charges.

Delivery Time
Typical GTA delivery is approximately 2–5 business days, subject to stock availability, order size and delivery scheduling.
