Shopping online with DM New Decorative Materials Inc. ensures a safe and convenient experience. We aim to make returns or exchanges as straightforward as possible.

Return and Exchange Guidelines:

· Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.

· A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges.

· Products such as Sintered Stones are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@dmnewmaterials.ca with your name and order number. We will provide you with a return form to be completed and attached to the return shipment box.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

In-Store Purchases: Items bought at our physical locations can only be returned at those locations. Please retain your receipt to ensure a swift and accurate processing of your return.

Shipping Information for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA):

· A minimum shipping fee of $300 CAD is required for deliveries within the GTA, with the option for customers to pick up their items at no additional cost.

· For every additional 30 kilometers outside the GTA, an extra fee of $100 CAD will be charged.

· Delivery times within the GTA typically range from 3-5 days.

· Shipping fees and conditions for areas beyond the GTA are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

DM New Decorative Materials Inc. offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original purchaser of our exclusive PVC 3D Wall Panels. This warranty guarantees that the PVC material is free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal approved use.

Warranty Claims:

· If a defect is identified, please notify us in writing within 7 days of the defect's discovery.

· The defective product may need to be returned to DM New Decorative Materials Inc. for inspection.

· After evaluating the product and its installation, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Warranty Exclusions:

· This warranty does not cover labor, transport costs, or other expenses related to the purchase, use, or installation of the product.

· Only replacements or refunds are available under this warranty.

· The warranty does not cover damages from mishandling during transport, natural disasters, customer alterations, vandalism, misuse, inadequate maintenance, or any other issues not arising from manufacturing defects.

No third party or entity is authorized to alter the terms of this warranty. DM New Decorative Materials Inc. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or lost profits due to product defects.
